What will your workday look like?
- Develop win-win-win strategies for the shopper, retailer, and brand across various channels (in-store, online).
- Serve as an ambassador for SodaStream’s global Trade Marketing and Shopper Experience, enhancing brand presence.
- Lead Trade Marketing projects, collaborating closely with global and market-level teams.
- Create impactful sales tools and presentations, from strategy decks to innovation showcases.
- Work with Global Category teams to build and execute commercial innovation programs.
- Implement the Perfect Store framework and oversee the Brand Ambassadors program, driving training and best practices.
- Optimize the CO2 shopper experience and explore innovative consumer engagement methods like vending machines.
- Collaborate with Global DTC, Amazon, and Visual Merchandising teams to craft seamless 360° shopper journeys.
- Develop and share retail.com materials to support the ecosystem and product innovations.
Requirements
· 4-6 year’s experience in Trade Marketing, in a hands-on role, managing Trade & Shopper Marketing end to end – essential
· Experience in both SDA and FMCG (one of the 2 necessary), in an established company or a fast growth start-up – essential
· Deep understanding of different retail channels and Trade marketing within Trade – essential
· Proven track record running marketing, trade marketing, b2b, and shopper-led marketing initiatives. - essential
· Trade marketing experience on an international or global level – preferable
· Commercial and Online focus Experience – preferable
· Excellent interpersonal skills and written communication skills
· Ability to lead change globally by the creation of a partnership
· High-level English both verbal and written
· Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask; takes initiative and works well in a fast-paced environment.
Traveling may be required but no more than 10% of the total time.
