Your Impact

As the Founder's Associate, you’ll work side-by-side with our founders on high-impact projects that define Dash0’s trajectory. From commercial strategy to operational efficiency and product development, your contributions will play a vital role in driving our success. This is a unique opportunity to experience the inner workings of an early-stage company and directly influence its growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Market Research & Growth Opportunities: Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify opportunities for expansion, operational improvements, and new business lines or product launches.
• Project Leadership: Take ownership of critical projects, from defining problems to developing actionable strategies and executing solutions through rapid prototyping and testing.
• Cross-Functional Initiatives: Collaborate across teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of commercial, operational, and product initiatives. Step into interim roles as needed to maintain momentum and deliver results.
• Partnership Development: Build and nurture strategic partnerships that align with Dash0’s business objectives.
• Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Track key metrics and prepare materials for board meetings and investor updates to communicate progress effectively and keep stakeholders aligned.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: 1-3 years in fast-paced environments such as startups, top-tier consulting, investment banking, venture capital, or private equity.
• Education: A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, engineering, science, or a related field from a reputable university.
• Skills: Exceptional multitasking and prioritization abilities, with a proven track record of delivering results in challenging situations.
• Mindset: A proactive, entrepreneurial approach with a knack for breaking down complex problems into simple, actionable solutions.
• Communication: Clear and articulate communication skills in English.
