This is a remote position.
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant / Marketing Coordinator to support our executive team. The position will be responsible for managing the schedule and calendar of the executive team, coordinating meetings and travel arrangements, and providing project management support as needed. In addition, the Executive Assistant / Marketing Coordinator will help coordinate and execute marketing initiatives and campaigns, including email marketing, social media, and event planning. The ideal candidate will have prior experience with various marketing functions, including communications, email marketing, and social media, as well as experience with technology platforms such as Salesforce and O365. The position requires an organized multitasker who can handle multiple diverse projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.Responsabilities:
- Point of contact coordination for the executive team, clients, and other external partners
- Helps organize and maintain corporate documentation
- Conducts research, compiles data, and prepares reports
- Attends management meetings, takes meeting notes, and manages follow-up items.
- Help coordinate meetings and travel for the executive team
- Coordinate and facilitate meetings, including preparing agendas, materials, and reports
- Coordinate and execute marketing initiatives and campaigns, including email marketing, social media, and event planning
- Create and edit marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and email templates
- Assist with the planning and execution of events, including sourcing venues, coordinating logistics, and promoting the event
- Work closely with the sales and business development teams to identify marketing opportunities and support their efforts
- Perform market and industry research to stay up-to-date on trends and best practices
- Measure and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives
- Assist with the development and implementation of the marketing strategy
· Handle special projects as assigned
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing coordination and execution or executive support role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce
· Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience with email marketing and social media platforms
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field preferred
