This isn’t your average BD role. We’re looking for a senior operator with a founder’s mindset—someone who can crack open new markets, build strategic partnerships, and take full ownership of end-to-end business motions. You'll work directly with the CEO and senior leadership, drive high-stakes growth initiatives, and operate across product, sales, and strategy.

Please note: Though this is a remote-first role, we’re keen on candidates currently based in Mumbai, as it helps us stay closer to our core banking partners and makes occasional in-person meetings smoother and more effective.

What You’ll Do
  • Open and grow international markets for our SaaS platform—especially across BFSI segments
  • Lead strategic sales cycles from discovery to closure, including CXO-level conversations
  • Drive partner alliances across banks, fintechs, and channel ecosystems
  • Build and execute GTM strategies—owning outreach, pitch, pricing, and feedback loops
  • Work cross-functionally with product and marketing to shape our roadmap based on market insights
  • Run founder-level special projects that don’t fit neatly in a box but move the company forward
  • Represent Nuclei in conferences, industry forums, and client boardrooms—globally


Who You Are
  • ~8 years of experience in business development, sales, or partnerships—preferably in SaaS, FinTech, or enterprise technology
  • Have built or scaled a business unit, product, or startup from zero to one (or one to ten)
  • Proven experience in closing enterprise deals, managing long sales cycles, and leading complex negotiations
  • Possess strong market understanding of BFSI, digital transformation, or banking SaaS products
  • Naturally comfortable in unstructured environments—a doer, not just a planner
  • Analytical and data-driven in decision-making, yet empathetic in customer interactions
  • Bias to action, a high sense of ownership, and no ego when it comes to learning
