About the Role
Were looking for a high-energy, motivated Sales Enrollment Specialist to join our team and become the voice of My Consulting Offer.
You'll play a critical role in helping potential clients take the first steps toward achieving their career dreams.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the spokesperson for our business and engage with prospective clients.
- Speak to pre-qualified leads to determine if theres a strong fit between their needs and our services.
- Manage the entire client journey from initial contact to enrollment, onboarding, and pairing with the right coach.
- Celebrate client wins from Day 1 all the way through to their consulting job offers.
- No cold calling you'll work exclusively with individuals who have already expressed interest in our programs.
- Work 100% remotely, from anywhere in the world.
Compensation
- Commission-based role only (no base salary).
- Standard commission: 8%, with potential to negotiate up to 10% for top performers.
- Uncapped earning potential the more clients you help enroll, the more you earn.
- As we grow, you'll have the opportunity to increase your commission rate and take on leadership responsibilities.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in inbound and/or outbound sales calls (in English) with a proven track record of success.
- Previous sales experience in a coaching, training, education, or ed-tech environment is preferred.
- Experience working for an MBB firm (McKinsey, Bain, or BCG) is a huge plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong skills in relationship-building, negotiation, and client management.
- A proactive mindset always looking for ways to improve and optimize processes.
- Comfortable receiving and implementing performance feedback.
- Tech-savvy: you have a reliable laptop/PC, headset, HD webcam, and stable internet connection.
