About the ClientWe're partnering with a venture capital and private equity firm managing a growing portfolio of brands. Based in the US with a small but dynamic team of 2-10 employees, they're focused on scaling e-commerce operations across multiple portfolio companies. They currently have two successful team members in similar roles and are expanding due to portfolio growth.
Why this role exists
The firm is experiencing significant growth in their brand portfolio and needs a skilled e-commerce and digital marketing specialist to support their expansion. This role combines digital marketing expertise with e-commerce operations, requiring someone who can handle technical responsibilities independently from day one while maintaining exceptional communication across all channels and teams.

The Impact you’ll make

E-commerce Management

Run and analyze Shopify reports and analytics
Manage Shopify themes and landing pages
Monitor analytics and create detailed reports
Track and optimize e-commerce metrics

Project Coordination

Attend calls and take detailed notes
Track all project activities
Act as a connector between marketing, operations, and brand partners
Collaborate across multiple communication channels

Administrative Operations

Perform administrative and clerical tasks
Handle CRM management
Maintain organized documentation
Ensure accurate data entry and updates

System & Platform Administration

Update e-commerce platforms
Manage digital marketing tools
Monitor performance metrics
Maintain cross-platform consistency

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Required:

Proven experience with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Amazon)
Strong background in digital marketing and analytics
Experience with email marketing tools (Klaviyo)
B2B business environment experience
Proficiency in key platforms (HubSpot, Slack, Notion)
WFH Set-Up:
- Computer with at least 8GB RAM, an Intel i5 core processor/AMD Ryzen 5 Processor and up.
- Internet speed of at least 40MBPS
- Headset with an extended mic that has noise cancellation and a webcam
- Back-up computer and internet connection
- Quiet, dedicated workspace at home

- Experience taking detailed meeting notes and managing multiple communication channels
- Advanced knowledge of email marketing tools like Klaviyo

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM PST (Pacific Standard Time)
40 hours a week

Compensation:

$7 per hour
