Role Overview:
The Dynamics 365 Solutions Architect will be responsible for designing, implementing, and
optimizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions across multiple business functions. This individual
will play a key role in ensuring that the architecture aligns with business objectives, compliance
requirements, and best practices in enterprise application development. The ideal candidate will
have a deep understanding of Dynamics 365 modules, integration patterns, and cloud architecture,
ensuring a scalable and secure implementation.
Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in system development.
- 2+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 architecture, implementation, and
customization.
- Strong background in enterprise application architecture, cloud computing (Azure
preferred), and integrations.
• Experience with large-scale Dynamics 365 implementations, including CRM, Finance &
Operations, and Project Operations.
• Proven track record of leading digital transformation initiatives involving Dynamics 365.
Technical Expertise:
• Deep knowledge of Dynamics 365 modules (Sales, Finance & Operations,
Project Operation, Field Service, etc.).
• Expertise in Azure services, including Logic Apps, Azure Functions, API Management, and
DevOps pipelines.
• Hands-on experience with Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI).
• Strong understanding of data modeling, data migration strategies, and reporting
frameworks.
Methodology & Tools:
- Experience working in Agile environments with tools like Azure DevOps, Jira, or equivalent.
• Strong background in CI/CD, DevOps, and automated testing for enterprise applications.
Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to mentor and lead technical teams.
