Requirements and Responsibilities
· Develop and test software modules customized to Tillman Fiber (pertaining to and leveraging Automation, Analytics, Operational support).
· Analyze functional business applications and design specifications for functional activities.
· Develops codes, tests, and debugs new software or enhancements to existing software, ensures proper and efficient execution and adherence to business and technical requirements.
· Performs maintenance on existing software products and contributes knowledge of business applications.
· Works with technical staff to understand problems had with software and then resolve them.
· Troubleshoot to resolve incidents and problems for production applications to adhere to requirements under identified Service Level Agreements.
· Simplify and enhance customer experience by delivering project deliverables.
· Collaborate with the Information and Technology team to set strategies and tactical implementing procedures. Perform analysis of issues, defects, and project deliverables to diagnose and fix operational difficulty.
· Collaborates with software vendors and internal engineering teams to develop software solutions.
· Makes design decisions about open-source technologies and tools to accomplish specific use cases encountered within the project.
· Leads project and brainstorm sessions to determine the best way to tackle a complex technological infrastructure, security, or development problem.

What we are looking for:
- A BA/BS degree in Computer Science, MIS or related field with 5 years of experience
- 5 years of experience in software development
- Hands on AWS Amazon Web Services experience
- Working knowledge of: Java, Python, C, C++, XML/XSL, JSON, SQL, HTTP/REST, REACT, WCF, GIT, AWS DevOps
- Excellent communication and critical thinking skills
- Effective organizational skills and detail-oriented mindset
- OSS/BSS systems or domain knowledge strongly preferred
