Work Hours:Monday - Friday, 8 hour shift between the hours of 7:00 am - 5:00 pm Millbury, MA Time, with availability for overtime - 1 hour unpaid lunch (40 hours per week)
Overview:Our client is seeking three remote, highly organized Detailers to produce precise steel fabrication drawings for a critical glulam project. While the immediate focus is on steel detailing, the client will support skill development in glulam detailing throughout the project, building expertise in hybrid structures. Proficiency in Bluebeam is essential, with experience in SolidWorks and Teckla highly valued.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create accurate steel fabrication drawings to meet project timelines and quality standards.
- Collaborate with engineering, senior management, and drafting teams to ensure seamless integration of details across steel and glulam components.
- Maintain an organized workflow, adapting to high-speed demands and ensuring consistency across all drawings.
- Develop a foundational understanding of glulam as part of a hybrid structure, receiving guidance and training to broaden detailing expertise over the course of the project.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Required:Proficiency in Bluebeam for drafting and mark-ups.
- Highly Recommended:Experience in SolidWorks and Teckla, with an interest in timber or hybrid structures.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines under pressure.
- Strong communication skills to ensure smooth collaboration with remote teams.
Additional Information:This full-time includes hands-on training in glulam detailing for hybrid structural projects.
