Collaborate with executives and stakeholders to align data science initiatives with business goals. Ensure delivery of high-quality, scalable, and robust data science solutions. Execute the design and implementation of complex machine learning models. Collaborate with different functional teams to deploy algorithms and develop processes and tools for monitoring model performance and data accuracy. Qualifications
- Requires a bachelor’s degree in - Applied Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Data Science or related field and 6 years of related work experience.
- Must have expertise in advanced analytics, statistical modeling and machine learning.
- Strong programming skills in languages such as Python or R.
- Strong understanding of life insurance industry or similar business domain.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
