Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service through multiple channels (phone, text, and chat)
- Process incoming customer inquiries and manage automated welcome sequences
- Create and send insurance quotes using modern CRM systems
- Schedule and coordinate client appointments efficiently
- Manage and create engaging content for social media platforms
- Design and implement social media marketing campaigns using tools like Canva
- Support Facebook advertising initiatives and content strategy
- Monitor and engage with Instagram audience
- Maintain detailed customer records and follow-up communications
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless customer experience
Requirements
- Excellent English communication skills with a neutral accent
- Previous customer service experience in financial services, insurance, or banking preferred
- Demonstrated proficiency in social media management and content creation
- Experience with CRM systems and digital workflow tools
- Strong understanding of professional communication etiquette
- Proven ability to work independently in a virtual environment
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and quiet home office setup
- Proficiency with digital design tools (e.g., Canva)
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Flexibility to adjust schedule during initial training period
