Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Support:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, chat, and calls, providing accurate and comprehensive information.
- Use HubSpot tools to track, manage, and document customer interactions efficiently.
- Issue Resolution:
- Identify and troubleshoot technical and non-technical customer issues, ensuring timely resolution.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary and follow up to ensure resolution.
- Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Use CRM data to proactively identify customer needs and recommend solutions.
- HubSpot Expertise:
- Utilize HubSpot CRM, ticketing, and support tools to manage and track customer support activities.
- Stay updated on HubSpot features and best practices to enhance customer service delivery.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, and technical support, to improve the customer experience.
- Provide feedback from customers to relevant departments for product and service improvements.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 2+ years of customer service or support experience, preferably in a SaaS or technology-driven environment.
- HubSpot Proficiency: Hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM and support tools is required.
- Language Skills: Fluent in English (additional language proficiency is a plus).
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
