Are you a conversion-focused designer who combines aesthetic excellence with data-driven strategies? We’re looking for a CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) Designer who can produce breathtaking designs and ensure they’re geared to convert users at every step.
What You’ll Do
Design for Conversions: Craft visually compelling designs (websites, landing pages, email templates) that focus on driving engagement and maximizing conversion rates.
User-Centric Approach: Incorporate UX best practices, ensuring smooth user journeys and optimal navigation flows.
Data & Analytics: Utilize tools like Google Analytics, Hotjar, or similar platforms to analyze user behavior, identify friction points, and drive design decisions.
A/B Testing & Experimentation: Develop and implement design variations, track performance, and apply insights to continuously refine and improve results.
Collaboration: Work closely with our marketing and development teams to align brand guidelines, conversion goals, and technical feasibility.
What We’re Looking For
Proven CRO Experience: Demonstrable track record of creating designs that boost conversion rates (please provide portfolio or case studies).
Strong Aesthetic + Technical Skills: Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar design tools, combined with a keen understanding of UX/UI best practices.
Analytical Mindset: Ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable design improvements.
Europe-Based: Must be in a European time zone for seamless collaboration with our team.
Freelance, Full-Time Availability: Ready to commit 40 hours per week (no agencies, freelancers only).
Excellent Communication Skills: Fluent in English and comfortable presenting ideas and insights.
Nice to Have
Knowledge of Front-End Tools (HTML/CSS/JavaScript) to better understand technical limitations or opportunities.
Familiarity with Email Marketing & Automation Platforms (Klaviyo, Mailchimp, etc.) for cohesive cross-channel experiences.
Experience with Different Conversion Funnels (eCommerce, SaaS, lead generation, etc.).
