Job Description

Step into an integral role where you’ll be the backbone of a dynamic real estate operation, managing sophisticated CRM systems and providing crucial administrative support to a successful team of agents. This position offers unique exposure to the real estate industry while allowing you to showcase your organizational and technical abilities. Responsibilities

  • Drive the optimization and management of the team’s CRM system (Lofty), ensuring data accuracy and implementing effective client touch plans
  • Enhance database completeness through strategic outreach and systematic information gathering
  • Create and prepare real estate contracts and documentation using industry-standard systems
  • Manage administrative communications and respond to internal team support requests
  • Implement and maintain systematic approaches to contact management and client relationship tracking
  • Execute database updates and maintenance to ensure optimal system performance
  • Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth information flow and task completion
  • Support document preparation and processing workflows
  • Maintain organized digital filing systems and documentation processes

Requirements

  • Proven experience in database management and CRM systems (Lofty experience is a plus)
  • Familiarity with real estate software platforms (Dotloop experience preferred)
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational abilities
  • Professional written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative in problem-solving
  • Proficiency in document preparation and digital file management
  • Reliable internet connection and dedicated home office setup
  • Excellent internal customer service mindset
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Available to work US Eastern Time business hours
  • Strong multitasking abilities and time management skills
