We are currently looking for a Credit Cards Senior Product Ownerready to join our adventure and share our ambition.
What you will be doing?
Shape and drive our Credit card product roadmap, aligning with strategic objectives
Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders and customers, representing their needs and requirements to the development team
Define and prioritise the product backlog based on business value and customer needs, working closely with the development team to ensure alignment with technical feasibility and delivery timeline
Collaborate with the development team to ensure that requirements are clear and well-understood and that user stories are effectively broken down and estimated
Define and communicate product vision, strategy, and goals to stakeholders and the development team
Regularly review progress and adjust priorities based on feedback, performance, and changing business needs
Actively seek out and incorporate feedback from stakeholders and customers to improve the product continuously
Act as the final decision-maker on product features and priorities, balancing business goals, customer needs, and technical feasibility
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices related to the product domain and make recommendations for improvements and new features
Facilitate communication and collaboration between stakeholders, the development team, and other cross-functional teams involved in the product development
Participate in product-related meetings, such as stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
Ensure proper Software Development Life Cycle
Skills you should have
8+ years in fintech or digital banking, blending financial, commercial and technical expertise
Credit cards know how and experience
Analytical skills for market dynamics and quick learning ability for evolving regulations
Strategic planning skills, aligning decisions with long-term organisational goals
Demonstrated experience in managing product backlogs and prioritising user stories
Familiarity with JIRA for managing product backlogs
Knowledge of the product domain and industry trends, including relevant technologies and customer needs
Strong communication, networking, and information-gathering skills
Stakeholder engagement, team spirit, and assertive diplomacy for effective collaboration
High integrity, adaptability, and proactive mindset in handling multiple responsibilities
You will work in an international environment, so you will need to speak English fluently
