Why this role

We’re growing fast and so is our need for high-performing, scroll-stopping creative. You’ll be the production powerhouse behind our Growth team — crafting short-form ads that convert, driven by strategy and brought to life with sharp creative instincts.

This isn’t a churn-and-burn role. It’s about consistent, thoughtful execution. You'll collaborate closely with Heba, our User Acquisition Manager, to transform insights into compelling visuals across video, image, and motion. You’ll iterate weekly, testing new hooks, formats, and creative angles — with speed, quality, and a sense of rhythm that gets results.

You also get nuance. Our audience isn’t one-size-fits-all. We speak to students trying to focus, professionals avoiding burnout, parents craving balance. You know how to speak to each, with the right tone, visuals, and rhythm.

What you’ll do

  • Make scroll-stopping ads for Meta, TikTok, and YouTube

  • Build multiple variations from a single brief or raw assets

  • Repurpose our existing content library (UGC, internal footage, branded assets)

  • Work directly with UGC creators to brief, review, and edit

  • Partner with Heba to iterate based on performance data

  • Create and update graphic assets for our App Store page in line with growth strategy

  • Design segment-specific product paywalls alongside our product and brand designers

What you bring

  • Fluent in English (tone and nuance matter)

  • 1+ year of hands-on experience producing mobile app ads (with performance metrics to back it up)

  • Strong grasp of performance editing principles: pacing, structure, retention, clarity

  • A sharp eye and strong creative judgment - you can move fast and make it look great!

  • Strategic mindset: you get different audiences, and how to speak to them

  • You’re comfortable experimenting with AI tools (for scriptwriting, generating visuals and videos) and curious about how creative workflows are evolving with AI

  • Tools: CapCut, Premiere, or equivalent (let us know your stack)

  • Bonus: experience briefing creators or managing UGC workflows
