Role Overview

We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Content Marketing Manager to own and scale our organic marketing channels. This role is pivotal in enhancing our brand presence, driving inbound leads, and educating our audience through high-quality content. You'll collaborate closely with our Marketing Team Lead and our Product Team to develop and execute content strategies that align with our business objectives.​

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Content Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement a comprehensive content marketing strategy that drives traffic, engagement, and leads across all organic channels.
  • SEO Ownership: Conduct keyword research, optimize content for search engines, and monitor SEO performance to improve rankings and visibility.
  • Content Creation: Produce and oversee the creation of various content types, including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, social media posts, and email campaigns.
  • Workflow Management: Utilize Monday.com to manage content calendars, production workflows, and cross-team collaborations.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Monitor and analyze content performance using tools like Google Analytics and DataBox, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Email Marketing: Design and execute email campaigns, including newsletters and automated workflows, using HubSpot.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with design, product, and sales teams to ensure content aligns with brand messaging and business goals.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 3+ years in content marketing, preferably in a tech or digital agency environment.
  • Tools Proficiency: Hands-on experience with HubSpot, Monday.com, Google Analytics, DataBox, and SEO tools (Ahrefs, SurferSEO, etc.)
  • Content Skills: Exceptional copywriting and editing skills, with a portfolio showcasing diverse content types.
  • Analytical Mindset: Ability to interpret data to inform content strategies and demonstrate ROI.
  • Project Management: Strong organizational skills with experience managing content calendars and production schedules.
  • AI Acumen: Familiarity with AI applications in content marketing is a plus.
  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or equivalent experience.
  • English level: Advanced proficiency or higher
