Responsibilities:
Providing consulting expertise on Chile and/or Peru markets;
Analysis of local leads and recommendations on chips and marketing;
Assistance in adapting bonus systems, cashback, VIP programs;
Recommendations on payment instruments and providers;
Advice on player behavior and engagement models;
Formation of an idea of the “norm” by metrics in the region;
Assessment of the competitive situation and entry opportunities;
Participating in site localization and user floo;
Testing hypotheses and strategies against realities;
Possible participation in UX assessments and retention models.
Requirements:
Experience in a strong casino/betting platform in Chile and/or Peru;
Understanding of the local market, player preferences, popular providers and payment providers;
Deep familiarity with: bonuses, interfaces, marketing, cross-promotions;
Willingness to work flexibly in a consulting/advisory format;
Ability to communicate information in a clear and structured way.
Will be a plus:
Experience in a marketing, product, analytics or CRM position;
Understanding of basic retention and acquisition mechanics;
Knowledge of key metrics (NGR, ARPU, Average Dep, Churn, MAU/WAU/DAU, LTV, % conversion, etc.).;
Experience in a startup environment is a plus;
Fluent English (if possible, understandable, without or with minimal accent).
