🔥 Cold Caller - Appointment Setter (Remote – Philippines)

$10/hr Base + Performance Bonuses | 4 hrs/day | US eCommerce Niche

We’re hiring high-energy, persuasive cold callers to reach out to decision makers at US eCommerce brands. You’ll be given a tested pitch and full training, and your main goal is simple:

Your job -> Set at least 4 confirmed meetings per week with qualified leads.

🕒 Working Hours

• 4 hours/day

• 5 days/week

• Pacific Standard Time 9 AM to 1 PM

💸 Compensation

• $10/hr base pay

• $100 bonus for 3 confirmed meetings/week

• $50 per confirmed meeting beyond that

• Long term stability for callers who meet targets

• Weekly payout

🧠 What You’ll Be Doing

• Use Orum to make cold calls from a lead list

• Identify if the prospect is relevant (decision-maker + fit for email marketing)

• Ask the right questions to uncover pain points

• Spark interest in RetainIQ and keep the prospect engaged

• Address common objections and doubts with confidence

• Script is provided covering all these points

• Book qualified meetings directly into our sales team’s calendar

🧑‍💼 Who We’re Looking For

• Excellent spoken English with a neutral or American accent

• Previous experience in cold calling or appointment setting (B2B/real estate is a plus)

• Great conversational skills – you know how to ask, listen, and engage

• Self-motivated, dependable, and ready to learn

• Bonus: Experience with eCommerce, email marketing, or sales tech tools like HubSpot, Orum, etc.
