The role

This position is essential for maximizing alignment across teams, streamlining how we operate, and setting an uncomfortable pace for execution.

• Set the pace and standard for our internal meetings, decisions, and documentation. We're seeking consistent excellence.

• Assist the CEO in achieving world-class investor relations, through levelling up board meetings, investor updates, and fundraise processes.

• Develop a depth of understanding of our company and market, such that you find problems and opportunities we otherwise wouldn't know about.

• You're another barrel in the company. You'll own and execute on new initiatives in lieu of a long-term owner (for example, you might take on a project to expand our partnerships, or launch a new office).

• Foster a culture of accountability and high performance throughout the organization.

• Proven ability to make it happen through both personal execution and leadership.

• Exceptional attention to detail and communication.

• Strong analytical and technical skills. You unblock yourself.

• You've seen greatness at other startups (or other high performance environments).
