Job Description

Embark on an exciting journey as a Bilingual Customer Support Representative in a dynamic food production and delivery company. In this role, you’ll be the vital link between our clients and our services, ensuring top-notch customer experiences in both English and Spanish. You’ll handle a diverse range of inquiries, from order status updates to resolving complex delivery issues, all while embodying our commitment to excellence. Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service by handling incoming calls and emails in both English and Spanish with professionalism and empathy
  • Efficiently address and resolve customer inquiries related to orders, deliveries, and general service questions
  • Manage and defuse challenging situations, turning potentially negative experiences into positive outcomes for our customers
  • Accurately document all customer interactions in our state-of-the-art customer service software
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure timely resolution of complex customer issues
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of our customer service processes and procedures
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers
  • Participate in regular training sessions to enhance your customer service skills and product knowledge

Requirements
  • Fluency in both English and Spanish, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages
  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the food service or delivery industry
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a talent for conflict resolution
  • Excellent listening skills and the ability to empathize with customers
  • Proficiency in using customer service software and basic computer applications
  • Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations
  • Strong multitasking skills to manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and procedures in a fast-paced environment
  • Team player mentality with the ability to work independently when needed
  • Positive attitude and a genuine desire to help customers and exceed their expectations
  • Basic understanding of food safety principles is a plus


Requirements

  • Fluency in both English and Spanish, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages
