Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by handling incoming calls and emails in both English and Spanish with professionalism and empathy
- Efficiently address and resolve customer inquiries related to orders, deliveries, and general service questions
- Manage and defuse challenging situations, turning potentially negative experiences into positive outcomes for our customers
- Accurately document all customer interactions in our state-of-the-art customer service software
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure timely resolution of complex customer issues
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our customer service processes and procedures
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers
- Participate in regular training sessions to enhance your customer service skills and product knowledge
Requirements
- Fluency in both English and Spanish, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the food service or delivery industry
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a talent for conflict resolution
- Excellent listening skills and the ability to empathize with customers
- Proficiency in using customer service software and basic computer applications
- Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations
- Strong multitasking skills to manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and procedures in a fast-paced environment
- Team player mentality with the ability to work independently when needed
- Positive attitude and a genuine desire to help customers and exceed their expectations
- Basic understanding of food safety principles is a plus
