Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and empathetic Customer Service Agent to join our team on a part-time basis. In this role, you will provide outstanding support to customers across various channels, including email, phone, chat, and social media, handling inquiries, complaints, and order management tasks. This role requires a customer-focused individual with excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks effectively. Fluency in both English and Spanish is highly preferred, as well as experience in eCommerce customer service.
