As a Pharmacy Benefits Configuration Specialist, you will be at the forefront of ensuring plan build accuracy and efficiency. Your role will involve setting up business rules in the adjudication system for our esteemed Pharmacy Benefit Solution clients. Get ready to test claims, perform quality assurance reviews, and become a subject matter expert on various systems that drive our pharmacy client business.

This position is 90% remote and 10% in office requirement with expectations of in-office as needed for meetings and trainings.

What You’ll Do:

• Client Service Support: Assist True Rx Health Strategist Client Services PODs in analyzing customer-specific requirements and translating them into technical design specifications and data flows.
• Plan Benefits Management: Accurately manage plan benefits coding changes, execute tests, and validate plan benefit design requests.
• Innovative Problem-Solving: Analyze new business requirements for benefit design changes and establish appropriate solutions/enhancements to the adjudication system.
• Technical Expertise: Become a subject matter expert on various systems supporting pharmacy client business.
• System Set-Up: Set up business rules in the adjudication system and maintain clinical sets to ensure correct drug list adjudication according to plan expectations.
• Quality Assurance: Perform quality assurance reviews on the set-up performed by team members to ensure accuracy.

What You Bring:

• Education: High School Diploma or job-related experience.
• Communication Skills: Strong communication skills across various channels - phone, email, chat, and in-person.
• Tech Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office products.
• Occasional Travel: Willingness for occasional travel as work and training require.
• Adaptability: Ability to work independently, adapt to various responsibilities, and handle stress effectively while maintaining confidentiality.
• Industry Experience: Pharmacy industry experience would be helpful, but not required.
