• WritebackendservicesinScala—noScalaexperience?Noworries!Ifyou’reeagertolearnand readytodivein,we’llsupportyourtransition.
• Continuouslyimproveandrefactortheexistingcodebasetokeepthingsclean,scalable,and robust.

WHAT WILL HELP YOU DO IT:

• Hands-onexperiencewithmodernprogramminglanguageslikeJava,C#,Go,orScala.
• Strongcommunicationskills—youcanclearlyexplainyourthinkingandunderstandwhatothers needfromyourwork.
• Solidbackgroundwithvariousstoragesystems:relational,in-memory,andNoSQL—andagood graspofwhentousewhat.
• FamiliaritywithGit,testingpractices,andsystemmonitoringtools.
• A“buildittolast”mindset—youwritecodemeanttosurviveupdates,scale,and serveusers long-term.
• Comfortableworkingwithremote,distributedteamsacrosstimezones.
