Role profile:
Be a core team member in the FTSE Russell Commercial Strategy team, helping to build out the newly formed Commercial Operations function. Working in partnership with Sales Operations, this highly visible, and business critical role, will ensure the ongoing success of the division through creating and handling new processes to ensure efficiency in supporting new sales and commercial policies.
ROLE SUMMARY:
- Run the day to day commercial operations duties within the FTSE Russell business to enable revenue generation and operational excellence
- Support the business in ensuring seamless operations and roll out of our commercial policies
- Be a core contributor between the sales team and the business to help enable continued growth
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
- Supporting the build out of the newly developed Commercial Operations function within the FTSE Russell Commercial Strategy team
- Day to day ownership of the asset declaration system, as well as commercial excellence function
- Act as a key team member liaising with the sales and product organizations
- Support the wider pricing and strategy team as required on both recurring and ad hoc projects

WHAT YOU’LL GET IN RETURN:
- The Commercial Strategy team within FTSE Russell has involvement across Sales, Product, Finance, Commercial Operations, Customer Service, and Business Operations. This highly visible role will provide opportunities to partner with colleagues in these different teams, and to teach you about FTSE Russell and LSEG.
We recognize that to attract the best talent, we need to be flexible and we are open to discussing work arrangements with you. We take hybrid approach to workplace, this role is Blended. A blended approach which mixes time between working from an office location and working remotely as required by the task at hand. Office frequency looks like: 3 days a week in the office.
