Your main responsibilities:
- Review incoming applications from our candidate pool.
- Select suitable candidates.
- Conduct initial interviews remotely to ensure technical competence and cultural fit.
- Forward qualified candidates to final interviews with our Development Lead.
We are looking for someone who:
- Has experience in recruitment, preferably within tech/IT.
- Understands technical roles and competencies.
- Is self-driven, structured, and communicative.
- Can start immediately and enjoys the flexibility of remote work.
