Job Highlights:Contract: Independent Contractor
Schedule: 20 hours/week, Monday to Friday, between 2:00am to 11:00am Florida time
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively reach out to potential clients via calls, emails, and other communication channels.
- Consistently achieve daily KPIs related to call volume, lead engagement, and conversion metrics.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships, ensuring continuous engagement and identifying opportunities for future business.
- Present the company’s products or services effectively, addressing specific client needs and concerns.
- Participate in sales video calls, including product demos and client query sessions.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead handover and share insights on market trends and customer feedback.
- Maintain up-to-date records of client interactions, feedback, and sales progress in CRM or relevant systems.
Requirements
✔ Fluent in spoken English with strong written communication skills.✔ Proven negotiation skills with the ability to persuade and influence decision-makers.
✔ Strong probing skills to understand client needs and offer tailored solutions.
✔ Demonstrated ability to close deals and consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
✔ Previous experience in outbound sales, telemarketing, or a similar role.
✔ Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools.
✔ Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
