Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound calls to potential buyers and sellers, showcasing strong communication skills and real estate knowledge
- Expertly manage and optimize the real estate agent’s calendar, ensuring efficient scheduling of quality appointments
- Utilize CRM software (Lofty) to effectively manage leads, update contact information, and maintain accurate records
- Demonstrate prowess in handling objections and providing initial information about real estate services to prospects
- Stay current with local real estate market trends and leverage this knowledge in conversations with potential clients
- Collaborate closely with the real estate agent to prioritize leads and manage time effectively, focusing on high-value activities
- Provide exceptional customer service, representing the company professionally in all interactions
- Adapt to and efficiently use new technologies, including potential lead source systems and dialers
- Proactively “stuff” the agent’s schedule with quality appointments, balancing quantity with quality
- Manage time-blocking for the agent’s personal activities while maximizing productive work hours
Requirements
- Proven experience in appointment setting, sales, or customer service, preferably within the real estate industry
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both buyers and sellers
- Demonstrated ability to handle high call volumes while maintaining quality interactions and attention to detail
- Proficiency with CRM systems, particularly Lofty, and comfort with learning new software tools
- Strong objection handling skills and the ability to think on your feet in dynamic conversations
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and the ability to work independently in a remote setting
- Excellent time management and organizational skills, with a talent for prioritizing tasks effectively
- Basic understanding of real estate processes, terminology, and market dynamics
- Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and processes, including potential use of AI tools for email automation
- Comfortable with a full-time, 40-hour per week schedule, with flexibility to adjust based on business needs
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to take initiative in improving processes and outcomes
