Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in appointment setting, calendar management, basic qualification, and data entry
  • Experience with auto-dialer systems, calendar management tools, CRM systems, and familiarity with video conferencing platforms
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt
  • Resilience and ability to handle rejection professionally
  • Sales or customer service certifications (advantageous)
Candidates should be proficient in one or more of the following:
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and data entry
  • Basic understanding of sales pipeline management
  • Time zone management
  • Task management tools
  • Computer literacy and typing proficiency
What to expect...
Schedule:
  • Majority of our clients are within US business hours from Monday to Friday but some may have unusual business hours. Opportunities maybe full-time or part-time.
Compensation:
  • Rate starts at $5 per hour
  • Payment is made via Deel
Equipment:
  • Candidate must have the following WFH Set-Up:
    • Computer with at least 8GB RAM, an Intel i5 core processor/AMD Ryzen 5 Processor and up.
    • Internet speed of at least 40MBPS
    • Headset with an extended mic that has noise cancellation and a webcam
    • Back-up computer and internet connection
    • Quiet, dedicated workspace at home
