We are seeking a talented individual to join our CIS team at MERCER. This role is based in our Mexico City office and requires working at least three days a week in the office. As an AEM (Adobe Experience Manager) Developer, you will play a crucial role in developing Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) templates and components, ensuring the timely delivery of projects and software solutions while collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams.
We will count on you to:
- Leverage your extensive AEM knowledge to drive development work and deliver high-quality solutions.
- Collaborate effectively as a team player with Developers, Testers, Designers, UX/UI experts, and Business Subject Matter Experts.
- Understand and document business requirements, ensuring the Requirements Traceability Table is consistently updated.
- Respond swiftly to changes in a dynamic business environment and actively participate in training to stay current on relevant technologies.
- Understand security and compliance requirements affecting applications and work with MMC Technology teams to promote best practices.
What you need to have:
- Have at least 3 years of relevant hands-on technical experience in Web technologies, Software Development, AEM, Agile, JAVA
- BE/ BTECH/ MCA/ M TECH Degree
- Have experience on service delivery and application delivery process, with hands on experience on AEM:
- AEM component development
- Workflow development
- Tag management
- Integration of AEM with other Enterprise applications
- Understand AEM product suite and Adobe Experience Cloud, including Analytics, Target, Cloud Manager, etc. and other relevant solutions such as CloudFront CDN, Tag Management Solutions, etc.
- Have worked on AEM versions: 6.4 / 6.5 in AMS setup
- Understand AEM integration with third party using RESTful APIs as well as other Adobe solutions
- Have experience with AEM Multi Site Manager
- Have knowledge of technologies like Java tech stack including but not limited to core Java, struts, hibernate, Java Spring, Spring boot, and WebLogic is a plus
- Be familiar with agile development practices
- Be able to respond to technical queries / requests from team members and business colleagues
- Can work in team spread across multiple projects and multiple geographies
