About the Role:We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant to support our real estate operations. In this role, you will be responsible for managing data entry, assisting with invoicing, preparing essential documents, and coordinating marketing collateral. While real estate experience is a bonus, it is not essential — we are looking for someone with strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Enter property listing details accurately into our CRM system
- Manage basic invoicing through the CRM
- Load listings into our International CRM platform
- Use Campaign Track for the creation of marketing collateral
- Prepare Sale & Purchase documents
- Perform tasks in Canva, including the preparation of appraisals and marketing materials
Requirements
- Exceptional attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency with Campaign Track and Canva is highly desirable
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Previous experience in a real estate environment is advantageous but not required
- A proactive, positive attitude with a commitment to quality work
