Role Overview
As an Acquisitions Analyst, you will work closely with the Acquisitions Manager to support the execution of the firm’s investment strategy. You’ll play a pivotal role in sourcing, analyzing, and acquiring multi-family real estate properties, contributing directly to the client’s mission of delivering exceptional returns to investors.

Key Responsibilities
- Investment Sourcing
- Establish and maintain relationships with brokers, property owners, and industry professionals to source new opportunities.
- Conduct detailed market research and financial analysis to evaluate the viability of potential acquisitions.
- Support the due diligence process by gathering and evaluating property, market, and financial data.
- Prepare comprehensive memos and presentations to communicate investment analysis and recommendations.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to facilitate seamless transaction execution.
- Maintain accurate records of acquisition activities and performance metrics.
- Participate in projects to enhance and innovate investment strategies and processes.
Requirements
Must-Have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or a related field.
- At least 1-5 years of experience in real estate analysis, finance, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with expertise in financial modeling and analysis.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with proven multitasking abilities.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and resourceful.
Nice-to-Have:
- Familiarity with real estate software platforms.
- Experience working in real estate investment or advisory firms.
