- Monday - Friday
- 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Hollywood, CA time (or 11:00 PM - 8:00 AM Manila time)
- With 1 hour unpaid break in between

About the Role:We are seeking an experienced Full Charge Bookkeeper to manage all aspects of our accounting functions, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the full cycle of accounting duties, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and bank reconciliations.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Maintain the general ledger and ensure all transactions are properly recorded.
- Oversee and reconcile bank and credit card statements.
- Process payroll and related tax filings.
- Work with outside CPA for tax preparations and audits.
- Monitor cash flow and assist with budgeting and forecasting.
- Manage fixed assets and depreciation schedules.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and internal policies.
- Generate financial reports and analyze data for management.
- Handle special projects and ad-hoc financial reporting as needed.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles (GAAP preferred).
- Proficient in QuickBooks (Desktop and/or Online), Excel, and accounting software.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and meet deadlines.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred (but not required).
- Experience with payroll processing and tax filings is a plus.
