Role Overview:
As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating and editing content, supporting media and advertising content, designing Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ads, and managing the content calendar. You will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality visual assets while maintaining consistency across all our digital channels. This is a full-time, remote position based in the EST time zone.
Responsibilities:
- Create and Edit Content: Design and produce compelling visual content for various digital platforms, including websites, social media, email campaigns, and more.
- Support for Media and Advertising Content: Assist in creating advertising assets for digital campaigns, including banner ads, social media visuals, and promotional graphics.
- Design for Meta Ads: Develop eye-catching, on-brand ad creatives for Facebook, Instagram, and other Meta platforms to drive engagement and conversions.
- Content Calendar Creation: Collaborate with marketing and content teams to plan and execute a content calendar, ensuring timely and relevant content creation.
- Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs align with the company's branding guidelines and contribute to a cohesive and recognizable visual identity across all channels.
- Collaborative Work: Work closely with the marketing and content teams to bring creative ideas to life, while staying flexible and adapting to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing design skills across web, social media, and digital advertising.
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
- Experience with designing Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ads and familiarity with platform-specific design guidelines.
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and visual storytelling.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills to manage multiple design projects with varying deadlines.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, flexible, and dynamic environment while maintaining high-quality output.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
