The Impact You’ll Make in this Role

As a Account Manager/销售代表, you will achieve sales objectives by providing independent sales coverage of assigned accounts or within assigned territory. Position intended for individuals who have basic sales experience and have demonstrated the ability to apply basic selling skills and manage sales territory with regular supervision. You will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

  • Responsible for sales activities, market development, and customer service in assigned markets. 负责指定区域的市场开发、客户服务和销售等工作。
  • Develop sales strategy, sales plan, and quantitative sales target for target customers in line with company business strategy and plan. 制定目标客户的销售策略、销售计划,以及量化销售目标。
  • Coordinates efforts of product marketing and promotion activities and programs to achieve monthly, and annual sales targets and objectives. 负责所属区域的产品宣传、推广和销售,完成销售的任务指标。

Your Skills and Expertise

To set you up for success in this role from day one, the following qualifications:

  • University graduate with Medical degrees and more than two years of medical/pharma sales experience. 医学背景全日制本科毕业,要有两年以上医疗销售经验,外科经验优先。
  • Strong learning agility, selling skills, can work independently with minimum supervision. 要有较强的自我学习和销售能力,独立的完成公司交给的各项工作任务。
  • Resilient, can work under pressure, and good at problem-solving. 要有抗压能力,能够解决错综复杂问题能力,要有团队合作精神。
  • Optimistic, hard-working and innovative 乐观、勤奋、积极向上最好具备创造性的思维。
  • Strong ownership and accountability with high integrity and customer service mindset. 人品端正,敢于承担,实事求是,能追根溯源解决问题,服务客户。

Work location: 温州或台州

Hybrid

Travel: May include up to 35% domestic travel
